Charissa Thompson

Thompson left FOX Sports to host on behalf of Versus Sports and Yahoo Sports. She anchored Versus' NHL studio coverage and produced web-based content on the popular Yahoo platform, leading its presence at some of the most prestigious sporting events like the 2010 Winter Olympics, FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl XLV as well as the BCS National Championship. The success she achieved in both arenas resulted in her to get a job with ESPN as one of its hosts on the brand new afternoon program "Numbers Never Lie" in August 2011. Following a switch from "SportsNation," she enjoyed an extended period of popularity. Thompson left ESPN at the time of FS1's debut the following month in Los Angeles, May 2013 returning to Los Angeles. Thompson as a sports lover by nature, has proven her ability to transition into the world of entertainment programming. In June of 2014, following various part-time roles Thompson was made a permanent co-host to the Hollywood nightly newsmagazine "Extra". Co-hosting was a producer at Universal Studios as well as staffed award shows and celebrity gatherings on a regular basis. Charissa Charissa Charissa
