Lisa Edelstein was an American actor who gained notoriety as the actress who starred in Fox's House medical series. In a very strict Jewish background the actress was able to move from Wayne in the state of Wayne to New York City when she was 18 to attend Tisch School of Arts. She was soon involved with club culture and caused enough of a stir to draw the attention of the media. Then she used her experience and fame to write and compose the musical Positive Me as well as to appear in it. Soon after, she was offered an interview with MTV, hosting Awake to the Wild Side. When the show was over the show, she began appearing on television and film productions, at first in small roles. She gradually established herself as an actor.
